Hand cut tender pieces of the finest British silverside of beef, marinated, cured and spiced to suit your needs. Ingredients: beef [200g of beef is used to produce 100g of biltong], flavouring [flavour enhancers (MSG E621, E631, E627), maize, colourants (E150c, E172), hydrolysed vegetable protein (corn), vegetable fat (palm olein), vegetable powder (garlic), anticaking agent (E551), herbs & spice extracts (irradiated), hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm fruit), acidity regulators (E330, E363)], salt, spice, preservative (potassium sorbate E202), sugar, CELERY, peri-peri seasoning mix [paprika, chilli powder, dried onion, ground bay leaf, black pepper, dried garlic, citric acid], non-brewed condiment [water, pure acetic acid (32%), colour caramel (E150), malt flavouring and salt].
We endeavour to dispatch orders every Tuesday. All orders are freshly made to order. If you place your order at or after midnight on a Tuesday – the order will be posted the following Tuesday. Bank holidays may result in your order being dispatched the following week on a Tuesday. We may also dispatch orders earlier depending on the circumstances.
Standard delivery is £4.00 for Royal Mail 2nd Class. All orders above 2 kg will be £6.00.
